The Skills Audit Method allows the counsellor to identify what a person knows and can do, and to describe it in such a way as to be able to show these competences to others. The method is also helpful in collecting evidence for the identified competences and in preparing development plans. The results of the audit can be used, among others, in validation, the counselling process, and talent management in companies.
